Talia’s teaching draws from the Ghoṣ lineage, Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa, and the profound philosophy of Advaita Vedānta. Her classes weave together āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, meditation, and non-dual philosophy into a complete and deeply transformative practice.

About Talia Sutra
Talia Sutra is the founder of Love and All Is Coming (LAAIC), an international yoga school and community offering education, workshops, and teacher trainings rooted in the eternal teachings of Sanātana Dharma.
With nearly three decades of training across multiple disciplines and lineages, Talia has studied and taught with masters worldwide. Her haṭha yoga teachings draw primarily from the Biṣṇu Ghoṣ lineage, while her philosophical teachings are grounded in Advaita Vedānta — the non-dual recognition of the One in all of reality.
She began teaching at 21 at Yoga to the People in New York City and has since reached hundreds of thousands of students globally. She founded LAAIC in 2018 and currently lives in Lisbon, Portugal, where she practices, studies, and teaches daily.
